The Oceania Cruises ship, the Marina, broke a record by booking more than 1 million passengers in one day. This is the largest amount of bookings for any cruise ship in history.
The oceania vista deck plans is a cruise ship that has broken its booking record. It was the first time the company had ever seen such a high demand for their cruises.
Despite the fact that she is currently under construction and will not sail until April 2023, Oceania’s newest ship is already smashing records. The first voyages for the new ship went on sale on September 15 at 9:00 a.m. eastern, and one and a half hours later, the number of reservations had exceeded the company’s previous high, set in March 2021.
Vista Demonstrates the Popularity of Small Ship Cruising
Despite the difficult circumstances the cruise industry has gone through, several cruise lines, including Oceania Cruises, have announced record sales for trips in 2022 and 2023. It once again demonstrates the popularity of cruising and the trust that passengers have in cruise companies’ abilities to sail safely:
Oceania Cruises President and CEO Bob Binder stated, “The huge surge of reservations we witnessed on the day we began sales for Vista underlines the exceptional demand for our renowned small ship, location oriented holidays.”
Oceania Vista broke the record for the most cruises sold in a single day in only one and a half hours, outselling the previous record by almost 60%. Furthermore, the previous record was achieved during a single season across six separate ships.
The Vista, with a gross tonnage of 67,000, has established a new record for a single vessel. It’s not surprising at all. When it debuts in 2023, the company’s newest ship will be one of the world’s most opulent and comfortable ships.
The ship will accommodate 1,200 passengers on six passenger decks with a wide range of pleasant, social, recreational, and wellness-related areas.

The ship’s accommodations vary from 270 square feet for single cabins to almost 2,400 square feet for the Owner’s Suites, which span the full length of the ship. Nearly all Owners, Oceania, and Vista suites have been sold out for the first season, according to the cruise company.
“Both our regular Oceania Club repeaters and new-to-brand guests are drawn to Vista’s innovative restaurants and culinary ideas, residentially designed cabins and suites, and novel itineraries that showcase the locations in a fresh light,” said Bob Binder, President & CEO of Oceania Cruises.
Vista will be a global ship when it sails in 2023.
Vista will be a truly global ship when she launches in 2023, in keeping with Oceania’s goal of becoming a destination-focused cruise company. The yacht will cruise the British Isles and Canada, the Mediterranean, the Holy Lands, and the Panama Canal in its maiden season.

Her first journey will depart from Rome and stop in Messina (Sicily), Malta, Monte Carlo, Toulon, Palma de Mallorca, Ibiza, and other destinations before arriving in Barcelona, Spain. The ship will stay in the Mediterranean until July, when it will reposition to London, United Kingdom.
The ship will set sail from London on its maiden transatlantic trip to New York, including stops in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Canada.
Apart from Marina, which departed in late August, the remainder of the Oceania fleet is still not operating. Riviera will cruise around the Greek Islands beginning October 18th. On December 21, 2021, Insignia will set sail from Miami on an extraordinary six-month journey that will take her around the globe in 180 days.
The other boats will not be able to return to operation until 2022. Sirena will cruise the Caribbean beginning January 21, 2022, Regatta will set sail in Polynesia on February 5, 2022, and Nautica will sail the Mediterranean beginning April 1, 2022.
The oceania vista capacity is the largest cruise ship ever. It broke a booking record for Oceania Cruises and it’s located in Europe.
