The “Ultimate Upgrade Event,” which runs from now through February 28, 2022, has been announced by Holland America Line as part of their wave season promotion.
Guests who book a chosen summer 2022 to spring 2023 cruise during this time period will get a free cabin upgrade, $75 off Alaska voyages for kids, and 50% off deposits — plus shore excursions, cocktails, gourmet meals, and internet with the “Have It All” premium package.

Here are some further details:
- Passengers may reserve an oceanview cabin for the price of an interior cabin, and a balcony for the price of an oceanview cabin. When reserving certain categories, you will be upgraded to the next highest category.
- Kids 17 and under sailing as the third and fourth passengers in a stateroom on certain Alaska itineraries may cruise for $75 in recognition of Holland America’s 75th anniversary in Alaska.
- If travelers book before January 20, 2022, they will earn up to $200 in onboard credit per stateroom, depending on the duration of the voyage.

Guests who choose the “Have It All” package will enjoy the following benefits:
- Shore Excursions: Depending on the duration of the voyage, travelers are entitled to up to three $100 excursions.
- Guests may enjoy a wide range of wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, soda, water, coffee, and more as part of the Signature Beverage Package, which includes up to 15 beverages per day plus gratuities.
- Speciality Dining: Guests may eat in specialty restaurants for up to three nights, depending on the ship and cruise length.
- Wifi Surf Plan: Guests may email, browse favorite websites, utilize social media, and more with Holland America’s most popular wifi package.

Guests may visit a wide range of locations across the globe as part of The Ultimate Upgrade Event. Alaska Cruisetours are also featured, which combine an Alaska cruise with an overland excursion of Denali and the Yukon.
For Caribbean cruises, fares start at $799 per person based on double occupancy, while for Alaska cruises, fares start at $849 per person based on double occupancy.
The promotion is not applicable on Grand Voyages or cruises of less than five days. To earn $75 rates for Alaska cruises, children going as the third and fourth passengers in a cabin do not need to book with Have It All. Upgrades are dependant on the availability of staterooms.
