Emerald Cruises has announced plans to construct a second superyacht, the Emerald Sakara, which will debut in 2023. It will cruise throughout the Mediterranean, Adriatic, Red, and Black Seas, as well as in the Seychelles, a new location for Emerald Cruises.
The 100-guest Emerald Sakara will accompany the company’s first ocean-going yacht, Emerald Azzurra, which will set sail on the eight-day “Best of the Red Sea” itinerary on Jan. 28, 2022.

The second boat will help the business meet “the high demand for the brand’s ocean-going itineraries, which saw Black Sea sailings sell out within two weeks of being announced, despite the worldwide epidemic,” according to the company.
Port Victoria (Mahé Island), Sainte-Anne Island, Cousin Island, Praslin Island, Grande-Soeur Island, Curieuse Island, La Digue Island, and Aride Island are all included in the new eight-day “Tropical Charms of the Seychelles” itinerary.
The 360-foot-long Emerald Sakara is being built in Ha Long City, Vietnam, with the steel already cut. Balconies will be available in 88 percent of the 50 units. An infinity pool, spa, gym, and marina platform with paddleboards and snorkeling equipment will be available on the superyacht. All onboard meals, free beer, wine, and soft beverages at lunch and dinner, as well as a variety of excursions and onboard activities are included in Emerald Cruises’ price.
In the first quarter of 2023, the second luxury superyacht is scheduled to debut. On September 28, 2021, reservations will be available for purchase.

Emerald Sakara joins nine river cruising Star-Ships and the first superyacht Emerald Azzurra in the Emerald Cruises fleet as the 11th vessel.
